There are several ISV (independent software vendors) that provide the frameworks in order to model and create the same.
MS SQL 2016 version of an RDBMS database framework is the latest from the Microsoft Corporation. The database developer also called database programmer is primarily responsible for creating and implementing the computer databases. The main responsibility of a database programmer is to analyze given organizations’ database needs and to produce an effective database system to meet those needs.
