About This Course

This comprehensive program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the field of Quantity Surveying and Estimation &Costing in the construction industry. Learn how to interpret construction drawings accurately to identify and pick items for measurement according to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Gain a comprehensive understanding of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), including item-wise explanations and applications.
Receive practical tutorials on measurement techniques for various civil drawings, including structures, architecture, interiors, and landscapes, with specialised focus on plumbing, drainage, and firefighting engineering.
Understand the complete documentation required for the preparation of tender documents, including specifications and schedules.
Acquire basic knowledge of budgeting, engineer’s estimates, and costing principles essential for effective project management.
Familiarise yourself with CSI (Construction Specifications Institute) and master format specifications linked to Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Receive detailed explanations and practical focus on tender documents preparation.
